We collect the data you provide us for booking and your stay (name, contact details, identity document as required by public-security law, payment data), the data needed to respond to your requests by email or phone, and the website browsing data described in the Cookie Policy.

We process your data to manage bookings and stays (performance of the contract), to comply with legal obligations (guest registration, tax obligations), and — only with your consent — to send you communications about our offers. Consent can always be withdrawn.

Booking and invoicing data are kept for the periods required by law (generally 10 years for tax documents). Data used for promotional communications are kept until consent is withdrawn.

Data may be shared only with those who help us provide the service (e.g. the booking system, the accountant, the public-security authority for guest registration). We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You may request at any time access, rectification, erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability (arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@caminacortina.it.
